As our wedding coincides with the Fourth of July, a particularly busy holiday on Cape Cod, we kindly encourage you to secure your accomodations and travel arrangements at your earliest convenience.
HOTELS & ACCOMMODATIONS
The Hampton Inn Cape Cod Canal is a great property conveniently located two miles from the wedding venue. This property offers many amenities, including complimentary breakfast, free parking, an indoor pool, and direct access to the walking path on the Cape Cod Canal.
The deadline to book within the courtesy block has now passed.
For guests who prefer more space, privacy, or a home-like atmosphere, the area offers a wide selection of vacation rentals through Airbnb and Vrbo. Options range from cozy cottages and apartments to spacious waterfront homes, accommodating groups of all sizes and budgets.
TRAVELING TO BUZZARDS BAY
Boston Logan International and Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airports are both located approximately sixty miles from the Overbrook House.
While renting a car will be the easiest option for getting around, an alternative is Peter Pan as they offer direct bus service from BOS to the Buzzards Bay Train Depot, which is located one mile from the Hampton Inn Cape Cod Canal, and two miles from the venue.
Peter Pan also offers service to many other nearby towns on and off the Cape for those that opt to stay elsewhere
(Bourne, Falmouth, Hyannis, New Bedford, Orleans).
Note that traffic to and from the Cape on the dates around the Fourth of July can drastically impact travel times.
Please plan accordingly.
WEDDING DAY TRANSPORTATION
Parking
There will be plenty of parking available at the venue for those who choose to drive. Venue representatives will escort you to the parking lot upon arrival.
Uber Vouchers
For those who would prefer not to drive, Uber Vouchers have been arranged for your convenience. Please click this link to add the Uber Voucher to your account. Alternatively, you may enter code rhkuhhzxvnt in the Uber app at checkout.
You must adhere to the following requirements in order to utilize an Uber voucher:
1. You must have your pick up or drop off desitational set to
5 Old Head of the Bay Road, Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts.
2. Your Uber pick up time must be between 12 noon on July 4 and 10 am on July 5.
3. You must be traveling within a 5 mile radius of the wedding venue.
