WELCOME COOKOUT

for the Welcome Cookout taking place on Friday, July 3.
ATTIRE
We kindly request that guests wear cocktail attire for the ceremony and reception. Please note that both events will take place outdoors on a grass lawn, so we recommend choosing appropriate footwear for the setting.
We also ask that white be reserved for the bride.
PARKING
There will be plenty of parking available at the venue for those that choose to drive. Venue representatives will escort you to the parking lot upon arrival.
WEDDING DAY TRANSPORTATION
Uber Vouchers have been arranged for your convenience in getting to and from the venue on wedding day. Click here for more information on how to access and utilizing the vouchers.
ARRIVAL
Please plan to arrive at the property between 3:30 pm and 3:45 pm.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm.
PHOTOS & CELL PHONES
We request that all guests refrain from using cell phones or taking photos during the ceremony. A professional photo album will be shared with you following the event. Photos and videos are warmly encouraged throughout the remainder of the evening.
